Teri is an AFAA-certified personal trainer and a freelance writer, published on topics ranging from beauty to health and fitness. She holds a master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University.
She developed an interest in strength training, fitness and nutrition as a youngster, after watching her grandmother spend much of her life relying on a walker, and then a wheelchair. Teri made a commitment to always stay healthy and strong, as well as help others find the strong path that leads to a better quality of life.
