Originally from Boston, Neil is professionally certified as a Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as well as the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as both a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant. He is also certified by the American Heart Association in Adult and Infant CPR and AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
Neil has always had a love of fitness, having joined his first gym at the age of 14, as well as being active in various sports including Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do Concepts and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. “With Slow Burn™ I achieve the same results and MORE in less time.” He feels privileged to work in an environment like Serious Strength™ where he can help people achieve their ultimate physical fitness potential efficiently and safely.
