Born and raised in Australia, Irene has been surrounded by health and fitness from an early age of 5 years old beginning with dance, along with competitive athletic sports. Before pursuing her career in fitness, she studied Travel & Tourism at the South Australia College Institute and then pursued her own endeavors to different parts of the world while working and maintaining fitness in her everyday life.
By the time she reached New York, she was fortunate to have had many personal experiences on different workout methods however, spending 1-2 hours at the gym 5-6 days a week and recovering from injuries in the process, this was not her cup of tea, until she discovered Slow Burn. It was almost immediately that she felt that this was going to be the best exercise for her body in achieving the goals she wanted in a safe and effective way, and in less time.
Since fitness and health have always been her first passion, Irene decided to direct her career towards improving the health of others. She is Certified with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and CPR Certified. Currently she is studying Nutrition through the Teachers College Columbia University, New York.
Irene strongly believes that by combining the Slow Burn™ method along with proper nutrition, that one should be able to achieve their goals for life.
