Before you arrive for your initial consultation ⁄ workout, please print and complete the following forms and bring them with you:

If you purchase a package instead of a single session, the initial consult is prorated to the price of the session for that package. So commit to a package and save!

Consultation

All initial consultations are one hour in length. They include a comprehensive health screening, computerized Bioanalogics body composition analysis and an introductory exercise session. This session is designed to teach and initiate you to the Slow Burn system of training and to properly situate you on the equipment. Please wear comfortable clothing and soft soled shoes or sneakers. We look forward to meeting you!

Consultations are a full hour and include complimentary body composition testing. All other sessions are 30 minutes. Call for information regarding comparable prices on sessions by using the EFT program (Electronic Funds Transfer; processed monthly).
